With over 7 years of experience working with NYS agencies and private healthcare facilities as an LMSW and Case Manager, she possesses a unique blend of expertise in social work, spiritual therapies, sex therapies, and holistic healing. Teandra's goal is to help you on your journey towards greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

Teandra's holistic approach to healing recognizes the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall harmony through energy balancing and meditation.
